• We do not have lists of properties available - other than those online - so it is pointless to ask us to 'send you details' - we don't do that.
  
• We don't know anything about properties other than what is in the advert online.We only publish adverts and contact details for landlords tenants and agents in a similar manner to a classified section of a local newspaper.
  
• We won't give out contact information for advertisers - other than those published online - we respect their privacy rights.
  
• We won't contact advertisers for you if you are abroad. If you wish to find tenants or property to rent and you are outside the UK - you need to place an advert using the 'standard' advert form for the area you are interested in. That way you can use an email address as a contact method.
