LetaLife.com - the most popular UK Property Rental website for more than 4 years - according to Alexa.com, is now into its 9th year online!

LetaLife.com - putting landlords, tenants and letting agents in touch with each other across the UK since September 2000. In 2003 over a million landlords tenants and agents used the site to fill their vacancies and find a place to live. In 2004 over 2 million people visited and placed free local property rental adverts or searched the Letting Agent Directory to find a local agent. 2005 again saw over 2 million visitors again using LetaLife to source their rental property requirements. 2006 saw another increase with over 3 million visitors using our website.

Thousands of agents details can be found on the Letting Agent Directory and thousands of adverts can be found on the property letting pages at any one time - both across more than 1,700 towns villages and cities covering the whole of the United Kingdom.

Every advert is personally checked before going online and every advert is removed once it is over 6 weeks old. So there are no 'old' adverts cluttering our pages or being left on the system just to inflate our advert figures.

We are unique among UK Property Rental Sites because we take such pains to protect our visitors privacy. Each advertiser is provided with a LetaLife Advertiser’s Privacy System number – beginning with 07092. This is published with the advert.

In response to an advert, a caller telephones the 07092 number and is redirected through to the advertiser’s own phone number – without ever knowing the original number. This protects the advertiser as they need never place their personal contact details online. It also means that you don’t have to place an email address online and so you won’t get spammed by people who crawl the web looking for emails.

Once the advert is expired or removed – the calls stop as the number is discontinued.

There are two tiers of service - one costs absolutely nothing to the advertiser and is completely free of charge to place an advert. LetaLife makes a small amount on each call made via the LAPS service and that is paid by the caller. The free adverts are placed online within 48 hours. A £10 standard advert appears within 24 hours (usually much quicker than that) and is more eye catching and includes extra facilities.
